LOCATION: Yoga Classes will be held at Rebel Salad building 320 Bay St. Entrance on Secord St. Please be on time as doors will be locked when classes begin.

The Healing Gong & Meditation Class 

Location:   Rebel Salad - 320 Bay Street, entrance is Secord street. Please ring the doorbell for entry. 

*WHAT TO BRING: Bring a  yoga mat, any yoga aids to support you such as blocks, straps cushion, shawl, blanket, water bottle, as these things will not be supplied.

*What happens if I have to miss a class:  I want you to succeed and get the most out of your yoga experience. If you are to miss a class you can make up the class with any other yoga class offered during the current session. If you are not able to make up the class you can transfer the class to a friend. Please note that makeup classes are not transferable to another session. NOTE: Healing Gong & Meditation Nights are excluded, only yoga classes are eligible for make up.
