Stretch Strength & Balance Yoga
This eclectic class draws from all styles of yoga to leave you feeling relaxed yet strong and energized. Experience a deeper mind/body connection, as well as increased flexibility, body strength and more focus and balance. The practice will focus on tuning in with the mantra OM, breathing exercises, followed by some warm up exercises, yoga postures for strength, flexibility and balance. We end with relaxation/savasana with the healing sound vibration of the gong.
This yoga practice is suitable for students that have some previous yoga experience, or a good sense of body awareness.
