Tapenaid Dip/Spread

Approx: 1 cup sundried tomatoes in oil

1 can sliced, pitted and drained black olives

4 – 5 cloves ( more or less) garlic cloves

1 cup feta cheese

Olive oil

In a food processor, blend garlic first, then feta cheese, then tomatoes, then olives, add enough olive oil so that it’s moist not dry. You can add more or less of any of the ingredients depending on your taste. Enjoy on sliced Baguette or crackers.
