3 or more cloves of garlic-minced. tbsp water or the chick pea liquid 1 – 19 oz can chick peas- keep drained and rinsed. 1 tsp red curry paste 3 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp salt
Put all into a food processor or blender. Makes 1 1/2 cups Enjoy with veggies, crackers, bread etc.
