No Bake Energy Bites

1 cup dry oatmeal
2/3 cup coconut flakes
½ cup peanut butter ( I like to use Almond Butter)
½ cup ground flax seed
½ cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup honey or a little less
1 Tablespoon Chia seed
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix all ingredient together and let set in fridge for about ½ hour. Then roll into balls about 1 inch in size. Store in air tight container in fridge. Enjoy
