NOW TWICE A MONTH: Healing Gong and Mantra Meditation:
DESCRIPTION:
Each class begins with the chanting of the Adi Mantra, some light yoga (suitable for any body). Then we move into deep relaxation with the sound
of the symphonic gong for 30 minutes. The gong is a reinforced vibration that impacts the entire body by releasing stress, unwinding nerves and
bringing the mind to total calm. After the gong we use the healing mantra (Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung) for 11 minutes. This mantra taps into the
energies of the sun, moon, earth, and the Infinite Spirit to bring deep healing. It can be chanted to heal the self or to send healing energy to
anyone or anything you wish. Ra Ma Da Sa is a concentrated form of spiritual healing used by Master yogis for thousands of years to build bodily
resistance to disease, illness and ailments. In fact, they believed Ra Ma Da Sa acted as an energetic tonic, improving the circulation and flow of
prana throughout the entire body.
This beneficial mantra strengthens the energy field and improves every aspect of your life. When you listen or chant along with this mantra,
disease, pain and sorrow move out of your life, granting you liberation from disease and freedom to move toward greater happiness. Simply by being
in the presence of its healing vibrations, you will receive its benefits automatically. Those who chant this mantra will age in grace.

No Registration is necessary, just show up. For your comfort dress in easy to move in clothing, bring a shawl or blanket to cover yourself with.

MORNING SADHANA
DESCRIPTION:
Sadhana means daily spiritual practice. It is three things: a commitment, a discipline and a devotion. It is a commitment to the Higher Self: It is a discipline to the mind and its devotion to the Creator, who created you. All serious forms of self-discovery will include Sadhana within their teachings because it deals with the very thing that keeps us from liberation, the ego. It is a method to achieve self-victory. Sadhana is a deep cleansing process from this lifetime and many more that have gone before. It is a very powerful clearing of the subconscious, which pushes and pulls at us. To be in happiness and joy we must tackle the purification within that aspect of us.
TO PREPARE: Start the night before, get to bed early and set an intention for yourself to get up. Have everything ready the night before so you will be organized and stress free. Example: set out your clothing.
HOW THE CLASS IS STRUCTURED: 15 MINUTES JAPI Meditation followed by Tuning in with the Adi Mantra, breathing exercises, 45 minute set of exercises (Kriya) then 62 minutes of mantra meditation - 5 mantra meditation at 7 minutes - 1 mantra meditation at 22 minutes - 1 mantra meditation at 5 minutes.
