Registration & Fees
In order to secure a spot in a class, pre-registration and pre-payment is required. Pre-registration will determine if a class will be held or cancelled. If you are interested in a class; please register as soon as possible or at least 5 days before the class is scheduled to begin.
How to Register with Katie or Karen:
- View the Yoga schedule and choose the class you would like to attend.
- Use the below information to contact the appropriate teacher.

If you wish to register for any of Helen Arpin's classes, you can register either by:
