Golden Milk Recipe

Excellent for benefiting stiff joints and provides a
source of lubrication for the entire system. It includes
essential oils and turmeric, both vital ingredients to help you
keep your flexibility and vitality. A good anti-inflammatory.

Make Turmeric Paste:
4 oz water
1 oz turmeric

Simmer turmeric in water until it forms a paste. You can add more water or turmeric as necessary.
Put in a glass or stainless steel container and store in fridge so you can make a cup anytime.

Golden Milk:
Pour as much milk as you will be drinking into a pot at medium heat.
You can use cow’s milk, soya or almond milk if you wish.
Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of either raw cold pressed almond oil (food grade) or olive oil.
Honey or sweetener to taste. Stir. Do not boil. Enjoy.
